·      Dictaphone - better quality than mobile phone recorder. Also files are easily accessible via USB port ·      Microphone       - Allows speech to picked up better and blocks out outside noises for examples cars passing by etc.  ·      Telephone - To telephone interview as a physical meeting is difficult for the interviewee.  ·      Map       - To visit the gyms and not waste time not knowing where to go.
